Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Network Analyst to monitor and maintain the performance of our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor network, system, and application performance using tools such as SolarWinds Orion.
  • Perform proactive monitoring and troubleshooting of enterprise systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to alerts and escalate issues identified through monitoring tools and tickets.
  • Provide direct support for system issues, outages, slowdowns, and interruptions.
  • Use software such as Remedy or ServiceNow to report, track, and resolve issues.
  • Escalate alerts and system issues to PM Engineers, Application Engineers, and Systems Engineers as needed.
  • Thoroughly document procedures and processes.
Requirements
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related subject.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux system administration.
  • Familiarity with SolarWinds Orion or equivalent monitoring platforms.
  • Familiarity with Cisco, CheckPoint, and other enterprise network and firewall platforms.
  • Familiarity with networking devices, protocols (TCP/IP), and corresponding access-related problems.
  • Familiarity with performance and availability monitoring software.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/request management software, such as Remedy or ServiceNow.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Physical Demands

The Network Analyst will work in a sedentary environment with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings. The ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors is required.
