Job Title: Network Engineering Manager

At Dynatrace, we're seeking a highly skilled Network Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our network engineering team and ensuring the smooth operation of our global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of network engineers to design, implement, and maintain our network infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of our network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services with other IT systems.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to optimize network efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in network engineering to ensure our infrastructure remains cutting-edge.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale network infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Experience with ITSM tools, such as FreshWorks and JIRA.
