About the PositionThe Per Diem Healthcare Associate will work closely with the Patient Services Manager and Clinical Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across various adult inpatient units. This involves performing specific duties that support patient care, including direct and indirect patient care activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and customer service excellence. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with either two years of direct patient care experience or relevant education. CPR certification is also mandatory.
