Key Responsibilities- Electrical System Maintenance: Perform assigned maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safely and efficiently in commercial and industrial settings.
- Electrical System Testing: Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Documentation: Complete required electronic documentation daily on an iPhone, iPad, or computer.
- Compliance: Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local, state, and national electrical standards.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently.
- Service Calls: Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territory.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties or special projects, as assigned.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with Electrical installation and/or service.
- Training: Successfully completed an Electrical Apprenticeship.
- Skills: Mechanical aptitude, mathematical, and English skills.
- Attitude: Maintain a positive, cooperative, and teachable attitude.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop, and comfortably lift up to 60 lbs.
- Availability: Ability to work on-call rotation.
- Certifications: Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other electrical layout materials.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a full background check, drug screening, MVR, and physical capacity test.
