Key Responsibilities:
- Place orders for shop and operations personnel, ensuring timely delivery of parts and supplies.
- Manage inventory levels, processing part returns, core credits, and warranty parts.
- Issue purchase order numbers and enter relevant coding information.
- Stock out inventory parts to work orders, units, and jobs.
- Ship, receive, pick up, and deliver parts to designated locations.
- Assist with inventory counts, monitoring non-moving inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with coworkers, management, operations, and vendors.
- Effectively utilize communication tools, including internal software programs.
- Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Meet the requirements of a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
