Key Responsibilities:

  • Place orders for shop and operations personnel, ensuring timely delivery of parts and supplies.
  • Manage inventory levels, processing part returns, core credits, and warranty parts.
  • Issue purchase order numbers and enter relevant coding information.
  • Stock out inventory parts to work orders, units, and jobs.
  • Ship, receive, pick up, and deliver parts to designated locations.
  • Assist with inventory counts, monitoring non-moving inventory, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with coworkers, management, operations, and vendors.
  • Effectively utilize communication tools, including internal software programs.
  • Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Meet the requirements of a valid driver's license and pass pre-employment drug testing and background check.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
