Egg Collector

Foster Farms is seeking a skilled Egg Gatherer-Banner Breeder Ranch professional to join our team. As a key member of our poultry ranch, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our products.

• Gather eggs from the ranch, including sorting and stacking them for transportation.
• Clean and maintain the workrooms, including emptying trash and changing dip pans.
• Walk the floors and slats to find eggs and dead birds, and gather them onto flats.
• Help maintain and clean the ranch grounds, including cleaning waters and ceiling lights.
• Transfer eggs and other materials to other farms as needed.
• Clean up the ranch between flocks, including routine heavy lifting and operating a high-pressure washer.

• Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Ability to walk 1.5 – 5 miles per day.
• Able to step into and out of the gathering pit numerous times each day.
• Able to bend over and pick up eggs from the floor.
• Must be able to climb a 12-foot ladder.
• Must have reliable transportation.
