Position Summary: We are in search of a meticulous and organized Fleet Coordinator. This role is pivotal in overseeing the upkeep and functionality of our vehicle fleet, ensuring that all operations proceed without interruption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the collection and delivery of parts for vehicle servicing and repairs.
  • Maintain a precise inventory of all parts and supplies.
  • Plan and supervise regular maintenance and repairs for the entire fleet.
  • Ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed promptly.
  • Monitor and assess vehicle performance and usage.
  • Engage with drivers and maintenance personnel to resolve any issues.
  • Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Support fleet operations with additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving history.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a mechanic-related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills and technology.
  • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Must be over the age of 25.
