Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at LALA U.S. Inc. in La Vista, NE. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for safely handling and efficiently transferring product, ensuring the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks and motorized pallet jacks to move product throughout the warehouse
  • Accurately pick and palletize orders using established procedures
  • Inspect equipment at the start of each shift and document any deficiencies
  • Follow all safety procedures, Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP's), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a cooler facility set at 37 degrees

Benefits:

  • $21.03 per hour starting, with a pay increase to $23.37 per hour after six months
  • $1.25 shift differential for hours worked between 6:00pm and 6:00am
  • Qualifies for a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
