About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Draught Beer Quality Specialist to join our team at Kramer Beverage. As a key member of our draught services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that local bars and restaurants serve the highest quality pints of draft beer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and clean draught beer dispense systems in retail accounts using approved procedures and chemicals.
  • Ensure all company-owned draught beer equipment is properly maintained.
  • Service accounts reporting draught beer issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain required reporting and van inventory.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 55 pounds and move kegs up to 165 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
