We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Home Medical Equipment team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing referrals, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and professional communication.
- Referral Processing: Obtain and verify patient and prescription information, ensure receipt of required documentation, and enter order information into our Brightree system.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as CMS, The Joint Commission, and others.
- Communication: Communicate with customers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and resolution of issues.
- Problem-Solving: Research and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: High school or equivalent graduate.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or office area preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work with people in a professional and positive manner, and effective computer skills.
