About the Role

Morrison Living, a leading provider of hospitality and culinary services, is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for the successful operation of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in managing cost controls and expenditure for the account
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Oversee the production and execution of catering events, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement new culinary programs in conjunction with our marketing and culinary teams
Requirements
  • A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field
  • Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, with a strong background in high-volume, complex foodservice operations
  • Catering experience and knowledge of food and catering trends are highly desirable
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and presentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
