Job Requirements
Candidates should have completed high school or possess an equivalent qualification, along with retail experience and a demonstrated willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Salary Range
Minimum: $15.00
Maximum: $21.61
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Greet each customer upon contact, assess their needs, suggest alternative options, and provide effective resolutions. Create a welcoming atmosphere, actively engage with customers, and build trust to deliver a personalized shopping experience.
- Operate cash registers, self-checkout systems, or other sales-related equipment to process transactions accurately, including sales, refunds, and similar operations. Ensure precision in handling multiple payment methods and making change without discrepancies.
- Promote the benefits of the branded credit card, exchange protection plan, and other corporate initiatives to enhance sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Report any complaints, shrinkage issues, and problems related to products, services, and work environments.
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security regulations, safeguarding fixed assets, cash, and inventory. Implement loss prevention strategies and alert management of potential fraud or abuse.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
