We are seeking an experienced Automotive Store Manager to join our team at SpeeDee Oil Change and Auto Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, managing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
- Lead a team of highly skilled technicians and customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other expenses to maintain shop profitability.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall store performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail automotive services management.
- Proven track record of increasing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop team members.
