**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Care Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing a superior guest experience, driving sales of automotive repair services and tires, and contributing to the growth of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional guest care and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Assist in driving sales of automotive repair services and tires through strong sales presentations and product knowledge
  • Contribute to the growth of the business through effective sales strategies and customer engagement
  • Work closely with management to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with guests
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license
  • One year of sales experience needed
  • Preferred one year of related experience in the automotive service environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to accurately write sales work orders
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Physical Demands**

  • Frequent lifting, carrying, and placing of merchandise and supplies up to 50 pounds
  • Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time
  • Frequent reaching overhead and below the knees, including squatting, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
  • Climbing up and down ladders to retrieve and stock merchandise
  • Communicating effectively in person, by telephone, or by using telecommunications equipment
  • Entering and locating information on computer
  • Safely operating a motor vehicle
