Job Summary

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service to guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in providing a seamless breakfast experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hotel standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including side work duties.
  • Assist with special requests and events as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must meet the legal age to serve alcoholic beverages and pass a responsible serving course, such as TIPS.
  • Ability to obtain and provide a Food Handlers card, as required by city/county/state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
