At Wisler, our marketing team plays a pivotal role in our expansion. The Marketing Coordinator serves as a key representative of our brand. This role involves the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, projects, and events. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for nurturing community partnerships and crafting a dynamic marketing strategy.

This position reports directly to the president and collaborates with various stakeholders, including the leadership team, office staff, non-profit organizations, and external marketing agencies.

Compensation Package

  • $30.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and implement marketing and branding strategies
  • Manage the external communication calendar and execute necessary tasks
  • Ensure consistency across all channels (Public marketing messages align with sales, operations, and personnel)
  • Gather content (photos, videos, testimonials) and engage on social media as needed
  • Schedule and create social media posts that reflect our internal community
  • Respond to online feedback
  • Ensure timely completion of mailings as per the marketing plan
  • Communicate marketing initiatives with staff
  • Conduct marketing outreach to existing customers via mail, email, and text
  • Create, order, proofread, and edit marketing materials for consistency
  • Maintain business listings and profiles
  • Analyze, evaluate, and provide recommendations for marketing and budget
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and budgets based on data-driven insights
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance
  • Maintain the website to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Adhere to marketing budget constraints
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficient in various marketing platforms and strategies (Digital, social, and traditional media)
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Strong analytical skills and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Skilled in building and maintaining positive professional relationships
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
