ROLE OVERVIEW

The eCommerce division supports our websites in the US and Canada, alongside our Customer Care Center. From marketing and merchandising to product management and technology, we prioritize the consumer experience in all our operations. Our eCommerce team is recognized for its commitment to improving customer interactions, making them more efficient and enjoyable.

Our Customer Care team has recently been acknowledged for providing outstanding service by promptly and accurately addressing inquiries from Spanish-speaking customers across North America.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Manage a range of consumer inquiries through phone and email.
  • Deliver comprehensive information about Columbia Sportswear and Sorel products, including their features and suggested uses.
  • Assist customers in finding product locations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor towards customers and colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong telephone customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in keyboarding and word processing.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed when interacting with challenging customers.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • A minimum of one year in a bilingual role involving Spanish and English.
  • At least one year of experience in a call center environment.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in the apparel sector, especially in outdoor trail running.
