Sales Team Supervisor

We are excited to announce an opening for a Sales Team Supervisor to become a vital part of our organization. The Sales Team Supervisor will oversee the sales team in their daily functions and ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate should exhibit outstanding customer service abilities, maintain a constructive attitude, and present a professional image at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions including receipts, refunds, and exchanges for customers
  • Welcome and assist customers with their floral choices and shopping experience
  • Contribute to the creation of attractive sales displays
  • Engage in store opening and closing tasks
  • Address phone inquiries and execute POS transactions
  • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of sales orders
  • Take customer orders both in-person and via phone
  • Provide training to sales team members on operational procedures
  • Prepare bouquets and gift baskets
  • Restock shelves and determine product pricing
  • Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles
  • Demonstrated experience in leading a small team (around 5 members)
  • Exhibited strong leadership skills
  • Able to build rapport with clients effectively
