Position Overview

Oversee and direct a team of audiovisual technicians, providing leadership and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Plan and manage the installation, upgrades, and maintenance of audiovisual systems.

Establish and enforce audiovisual standards, policies, and procedures to enhance system performance and dependability.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ascertain audiovisual needs and deliver effective solutions.

Conduct regular evaluations of audiovisual systems to pinpoint areas for enhancement and implement necessary modifications.

Manage audiovisual equipment inventory, cultivate vendor relationships, and negotiate contracts for audiovisual services and products.

Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions that elevate the overall audiovisual experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Technology, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).

A minimum of 8 years of experience in audiovisual technology management, with a proven history of successfully leading audiovisual projects and teams.

Strong technical expertise in audiovisual systems and live entertainment programs, including but not limited to video conferencing equipment, digital signage, sound systems, and control systems (Crestron, Extron, etc.).
