About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Springfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment.

Requirements:

  • Current State of Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
  • A minimum of 1 year related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Good standing in the state registry is required.
