Key Responsibilities

The Tire & Lube Technician plays a crucial role in our service department by:

  • Executing non-technical automotive service tasks, including oil changes and vehicle inspections.
  • Performing all tire and wheel-related services in accordance with industry standards.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction as per company benchmarks.
  • Documenting all services rendered accurately.
  • Adhering to company and manufacturer service protocols.
  • Following safety regulations and guidelines diligently.
  • Participating in ongoing training to stay updated with evolving automotive technologies.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized work environment, including the service area and customer-facing spaces.
  • Assisting with additional tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
Qualifications

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.

Physical Demands: Candidates should be in good physical condition, capable of lifting up to 60 pounds regularly. The role involves frequent bending, standing, and walking, with occasional climbing and crawling.

Work Environment: Technicians will work in varying temperatures and humidity levels, often exposed to mechanical and electrical hazards, as well as noise and dust.

Licensing: A valid driver's license is mandatory.
