Nurse Practitioner

Mid Coast Medical Center- Trinity is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver Patient-Centered Care: Provide individualized care to patients, taking into account their unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Monitor Patient Status: Continuously assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, identifying potential issues and taking prompt action to address them.
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement personalized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.
- Provide Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques, promoting empowerment and independence.
- Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Certification: Registration with the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas; CPR certification; ACLS required, PALS preferred.
- Experience: 1 year of nursing experience (preferred).
- Licensure: RN licensure (preferred).
As a Registered Nurse at Mid Coast Medical Center- Trinity, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, providing care to patients in a variety of settings. You will be exposed to a wide range of patients, each with unique needs and challenges. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
