Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelors' Degree and four (4) years of experience in business analysis, systems implementation efforts, project management or relevant health care industry experience.
  • Three (3) years of project management experience with large and complex multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Experience supervising project teams/personnel.
  • Master's degree in business or healthcare related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.
  • Affordable Care Act knowledge or other healthcare regulatory experience.
  • Management consulting or business lead experience with large and complex multi-million-dollar projects.
Work Environment

This is a hybrid role that requires a minimum of three (3) days in-office visibility per week in a posted HCSC office on an ongoing basis.
