- Conduct ongoing reassessment and follow-up of care delivered based on patient needs, condition, or request
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to prioritize interventions and implement the plan of care in a timely manner
- Use evidence-based assessment and interviewing techniques to collect pertinent patient, family, or population-specific data
Requirements:
- Current licensure with the Board of Nursing for the State of Texas or Nurse Licensure Compact
- 1 year of professional nursing experience
- EPIC experience highly preferred
