Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled services to home-bound clients who meet the criteria for Medicare home health coverage.
  • Work collaboratively with nurses, physical therapists, and speech therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to improve client function and quality of life.

Requirements:

  • Active license in the state of TX required.
  • OT Liability insurance in the state of TX required.
  • Graduate degree or greater in Occupational Therapy.
  • Home Health or Rehab experience preferred.
