Friends of the Children is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our efforts in Eastern Oregon. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to empower youth and families in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, donors, and stakeholders
- Oversee program development and implementation, ensuring high-quality services for youth and families
- Manage financial resources, including budgeting and fundraising
- Supervise and develop staff, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in non-profit management and fundraising
- Proven track record of leading organizations and motivating teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
