Essential Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• No educational qualifications such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree are necessary
• No prior experience is required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere, which includes proactively greeting each individual.
- Adhere to established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, and safety standards.
- Inform customers about relevant services and operational hours as necessary.
- Assist in managing traffic flow, monitoring illegal parking, and ensuring vehicles are stored promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area, free from debris.
- Comply with established dress code and hygiene standards, ensuring proper identification is worn.
- Notify appropriate personnel of any suspicious activities observed during the course of duty or any unsafe driving conditions.
