Job Summary

The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our properties, including marketing, financial management, and customer service. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with flexible start and end times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, including marketing, leasing, and resident relations.
    • Manage the financial aspects of property management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including fair housing and labor laws.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the property management team to achieve business objectives and goals.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, accounting, and leasing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two (2) years of previous customer service experience
  • Two (2) years of previous property management experience
  • Previous experience with property management software
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Basic experience with MS365, including Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages
  • Ability to perform bookkeeping tasks, including collecting rent and preparing reports
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and pay attention to detail
  • Available for after-hours emergencies
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Current valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance
