Job Description:Status: Hourly/Non-Exempt
Department: Programs
Reporting to: Director of Health Services
- Providing assistance to participants with personal hygiene and bathing needs
- Preparing facilities for participant use
- Monitoring vital signs and behavioral changes
- Assisting individuals with limited mobility in transfers
- Adhering to established Nursing Care Plans
- Executing additional assigned tasks as required
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- Valid Kentucky CNA certification
- Current CPR and First Aid credentials
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of patient care protocols
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours
- Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds as necessary
