Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and compile documentation, evaluate, and finalize loan packages or files.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as mortgage lending and investor guidelines.

• Organize and enter information on loan closing documents in a timely manner.

• Manage and oversee an active mortgage closing schedule.

• Complete the preparation and transfer of lender funds for disbursement.

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive understanding of mortgage industry regulations from start to finish; familiarity with various loan products such as Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate mortgage loan processing, lending, or closing is preferred; knowledge in banking, credit unions, or financial services funding is advantageous.

• High school diploma or GED is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office is essential; experience with lending or title software and familiarity with NMLS is beneficial.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are highly valued.
