Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Community Outreach Manager to join our team at AEG. As a key member of our community relations department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage with local communities and foster strong relationships with youth baseball organizations.

About the Role

The Senior Community Outreach Manager will be responsible for managing our youth baseball outreach programs, including uniform distribution, clinic planning, and champion day series execution. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for various youth baseball organizations and collaborate with our corporate partnerships department to implement youth baseball efforts with current and future sponsors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community outreach strategies to engage with local communities and foster strong relationships with youth baseball organizations.
  • Manage our youth baseball outreach programs, including uniform distribution, clinic planning, and champion day series execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for various youth baseball organizations and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Collaborate with our corporate partnerships department to implement youth baseball efforts with current and future sponsors.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in community programming and/or corporate philanthropy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of community programs, organizations, and methods involved in developing community relations programs.
Benefits

AEG offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $63,400 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including paid vacation and sick leave, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and 401(k) and pension plan.
