Job Summary

The Neonatal Program Manager plays a critical role in facilitating and implementing the hospital's Neonatal Program Plan, ensuring alignment with Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives as defined in the Texas Administrative Code for Hospital Level of Care Neonatal Designation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in neonatal care at the hospital, providing program management services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve neonatal care outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum)
  • Master's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
  • 5 years' experience in Neonatal bedside nursing (minimum)
  • 3-5 years' experience in a managerial role (preferred)
  • Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse (required)
  • Specialty or Administration certification desired (preferred)
  • BLS and NRP certifications (required)
