The Neonatal Program Manager plays a critical role in facilitating and implementing the hospital's Neonatal Program Plan, aligning with the hospital's and system's Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives as defined in the Texas Administrative Code for Hospital Level of Care Neonatal Designation.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in neonatal care at the hospital where program manager services are provided.
- Implement the hospital's Neonatal Program Plan to ensure alignment with QAPI initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality neonatal care.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (minimum)
- Master's Degree in Nursing (preferred)
- 5 years' experience in Neonatal bedside nursing (minimum)
- 3-5 years' experience in a managerial role (preferred)
- Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse (required)
- Specialty or Administration certification desired (preferred)
