Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Sebring Opco LLC. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for residents.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify residents' speech and language needs.
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to residents.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech and language therapy.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
  • Experience working with older adults and individuals with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other software applications.
