Key Responsibilities
- Drive the customer experience by understanding and enhancing the impact of our technological decisions and content delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and content teams to establish the vision and roadmap for our human-robot interaction and control systems.
- Develop metrics and KPIs that connect our innovative technology with customer satisfaction, enabling performance tracking and improvement.
- Engage with research, content, and design teams to test and validate hypotheses aimed at refining our offerings, ensuring timely delivery of new features.
- Create product specifications, partnering with engineering managers to plan and execute development cycles, establish acceptance criteria, and guarantee on-time delivery.
Qualifications
- Over 7 years of experience in robotics, with a minimum of three years in a product management capacity.
- Proven product management expertise with a strong customer-centric approach.
- A genuine curiosity for technology and a passion for robotics and user experience.
- Familiarity with robot control and vision systems, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for broader audiences.
- Experience with collaborative robots or autonomous systems operating in close proximity to people.
- A structured problem-solving mindset and a data-driven approach, with proficiency in analytics and report generation.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and the ability to create reports and dashboards.
