Job Description

We're seeking an AI Product Manager to spearhead our AI-driven engines, working closely with clients, prospects, and our technology team to identify user needs and lead the build of products that solve them. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the end-to-end product management of tools that leverage foundational models to create custom solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product vision and strategy, overseeing the product roadmap and goals.
  • Define functional requirements, working closely with the engineering team to structure sprint-driven roadmaps using agile methodologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their engineering teams, driving clarity and commitment to delivering complex AI workloads.
  • Act as an AI pioneer, understanding and adapting to various client tech stacks, identifying implications, and suggesting alternative solutions as needed.
  • Guide and develop team skills, applying technical AI/ML/MLOps knowledge to enhance current systems and architecture.
  • Grow client accounts, building strategic, profitable long-term relationships, driving proposals, and pitches to win new work.
Requirements
  • Technical expertise in leading the build and launch of powerful products, with a solid understanding of technology and data.
  • Experience in consultancies or agencies, with a proven track record of driving innovations in GenAI.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborative spirit, with a passion for learning and a drive to challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with a strong empathy for clients and a focus on building trusted relationships.
