About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Ramp and Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our airport facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist guests with travel needs, including answering inquiries, baggage handling, and ticketing.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions to perform below-wing functions, such as transporting baggage and cargo, loading and unloading luggage and cargo, and marshaling aircraft.
  • Perform aircraft grooming and security searches.
  • Assist with boarding and gate duties, including directing guests, making announcements, and processing standby and upgrade requests.
  • Process and secure guest luggage, including filing and maintaining luggage claims as necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid unexpired driver's license issued by a US state, a US territory, or the District of Columbia.
  • Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 WPM.
  • Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, reach, and grasp.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to participate in paid training that may require overnight travel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or community service experience.
