Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain day-to-day financial controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and optimal labor costs.

  • Oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume food service concept.
  • Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and access to private transportation.
  • Consent to background screening, including criminal, driving, and drug screening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a results-oriented and customer-focused approach.
