Parker Wellbore is seeking a highly skilled HSE Advisor I to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, security, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement HSE Policies and Procedures: Create, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Monitor and Report HSE Performance: Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including incident rates and compliance levels.
- Investigate Incidents and Develop Corrective Action Plans: Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- Identify and Assess Potential Hazards and Risks: Identify and assess potential hazards and risks associated with operations.
- Implement Risk Management Strategies: Implement risk management strategies and control measures to mitigate risks.
- Conduct Risk Assessments and Safety Audits: Conduct risk assessments and safety audits for new projects, processes, and equipment.
- Deliver HSE Training Programs: Deliver HSE training programs and workshops for employees.
- Promote a Culture of Safety and Environmental Awareness: Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness across the organization.
- Maintain Emergency Response Plans: Maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Coordinate with Emergency Response Teams: Coordinate with emergency response teams and external agencies as needed.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in an HSE role.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
