The Role

We're seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team, working a schedule of Saturday and Sunday from 2PM-10PM. As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members/guests and assist with any questions or concerns
  • Help promote our Judgement Free Zone by connecting with members on the club floor
  • Resolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed
  • Answer phones and assist callers with their inquiries
  • Perform membership-related functions, such as sign-ups and cancellations
  • Execute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals
  • Regularly clean and sanitize exercise equipment and communal spaces

About You

We're looking for someone with 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment. You'll need to be willing to become CPR/AED certified and have basic computer proficiency.
