Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Staybridge Naples. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Responsibilities:- Process guest check-ins, confirm reservations, and assign rooms
- Answer incoming phones, set wake-up calls, and provide information on hotel amenities and facilities
- Create, confirm, and modify reservations for guests
- Review account and charges with guests during checkout
- Log and resolve guest comments and complaints
- Maintain the shift pass log and complete required tasks and reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and other departments as needed
- Ensure guest and associate safety by following established security procedures
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer and keyboard skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
