Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Staybridge Naples. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Responsibilities:
  • Process guest check-ins, confirm reservations, and assign rooms
  • Answer incoming phones, set wake-up calls, and provide information on hotel amenities and facilities
  • Create, confirm, and modify reservations for guests
  • Review account and charges with guests during checkout
  • Log and resolve guest comments and complaints
  • Maintain the shift pass log and complete required tasks and reports
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff and other departments as needed
  • Ensure guest and associate safety by following established security procedures
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer and keyboard skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
