Join Our Team as a Medical Staff Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Staff Liaison to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a Medical Staff Liaison, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen medical staff relations and improve the overall physician practice environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with medical staff and hospital leadership
  • Identify and address issues affecting medical staff retention and satisfaction
  • Coordinate medical staff communications and feedback to ensure timely resolution of operational issues
  • Participate in the development and implementation of medical staff orientation programs
  • Support private practice recruitment efforts and develop strategies to address medical staff issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • Five years of directly related professional work experience
  • Knowledge of physician practice strategies for growth and planning and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple projects
