Position Overview

We are in search of a profoundly inquisitive Creative Strategist. As a thought leader, you possess a distinct perspective and excel at conveying information that fuels innovation and sparks our most remarkable ideas. Your expertise lies in uncovering cultural truths and transforming them into opportunities for brands to forge connections with their audiences. You go beyond mere presentations; you narrate brand stories that captivate partners and enable them to perceive their business from fresh angles. As a strategist, you value logic and have the capability to meticulously analyze trends across categories, brands, cultures, and consumer behaviors, shaping the way our work is perceived in the marketplace. You are an idea-generating, humanity-focused, forward-thinking individual, deeply rooted in culture and equipped with a diverse thought process that empowers you to tackle any industry vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee large-scale, integrated programs and projects independently.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to design and implement projects.
  • Guide clients, partners, and team members in developing a comprehensive plan that ensures successful execution.
  • Conceptualize groundbreaking creative ideas that capture attention, drive action, and fulfill brand and business objectives.
  • Create strategic deliverables that maintain narrative integrity across various formats (including digital, social, and brand presentations).
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, collaborating with relevant team members.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative ideas while respecting brand realities.
  • Exhibit creative thought leadership by staying ahead of trends and offering proactive inspiration and recommendations.
  • Draft clear and motivating briefs that equip creative teams with the necessary tools and information to produce impactful work for clients.
  • Provide creative teams with a sophisticated understanding of brand experience development, emphasizing unique benefits or strengths to engage audiences.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of experience in a Creative Agency Role is preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage personnel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in writing and comfort in presenting to mid to high-level clients and colleagues.
  • Capability to manage multiple work streams efficiently and independently.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social, digital, and experiential planning.
  • Experience with Technology, Entertainment, Consumer Packaged Goods, Electronics, and/or Sports brands is preferred.
  • Analytics experience is a plus.
  • A strong track record of launching culture-first or culture-shifting brand initiatives.
