Direct Support Professional 3

Bridgewell is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities in a Level 3 residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skills training and support in activities of daily living
- Create opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and records
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
