Job Summary

Bridgewell is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional 3 to join our team. As a key member of our residential program, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities in a Level 3 residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skills training and support in activities of daily living
  • Create opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies
  • Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
