We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Belvedere Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Evaluate patients to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, ensuring the best possible patient outcomes.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff, ensuring the highest level of care.
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, maintaining the highest level of patient safety.
- Competitive hourly rate of $33.00 per hour.

- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
