About the Role

We provide 1:1 pediatric care in the home, offering autonomy and the opportunity to make a real difference in our clients' lives. Working under the direction of the clinical team, you will follow the plan of care and ensure the well-being of our young patients.

A Day in the Life of a Pediatric Nurse

You will start your day by communicating with the care team and then providing personalized care to your young client, which may include administering medications, trach and g-tube care, and engaging in various activities to enhance their well-being.

Responsibilities of Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

  • Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
  • Following the plan of care and all clinical and office policies
  • Handling trach and g-tube care

Requirements for Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)

  • Valid Pediatric LPN License
  • Physical from within three years
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
