Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

The Electrical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of electrical projects at Watt Acquisition, LLC. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure project completion within budget and schedule while upholding high-quality standards.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Job: As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing materials, labor, and equipment to deliver electrical projects on time and within budget. Your strong leadership skills will help cultivate superior relationships with clients and suppliers, positioning Watt Acquisition, LLC as the preferred electrical contractor.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate superior relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Review project scopes and determine required labor and resources.
  • Prepare construction quantity takeoff material lists and oversee procurement.
  • Review design options and recommend optimal construction solutions.
  • Manage project-related issues and facilitate communication among team members.
  • Provide guidance and support to field personnel for project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Conduct regular project walks for quality control and technician training.
  • Assist in scheduling labor and procuring materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Complete job inspections and other assigned initiatives.
