Job Description

The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day office administration, ensuring seamless operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting visitors, managing front desk protocols, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Coordinating shipments, receiving packages, and communicating arrivals to relevant teams.
  • Managing purchasing cards, expense reports, and general administrative tasks.
  • Providing administrative support to the North Andover R&D site, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant position.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong adaptability, flexibility, initiative, and resourcefulness.
  • Able to exercise independent judgment and decisions.
