Job Summary

The Clinical Wellness Nurse is a key role in promoting health and wellness among employees. This position focuses on individual coaching, site health promotion, and clinic functions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual coaching sessions to support employees' health and wellness goals.
  • Assist in identifying members' health advocacy needs and develop strategies to address them.
  • Utilize motivational interviewing and engagement techniques to promote healthy behaviors.
  • Provide onsite support to members, including health education and wellness program delivery.
  • Follow up with employees to ensure program engagement and assess future educational and/or program referral needs.
Health Promotion
  • Educate employees about wellness programs, tools, and services.
  • Raise awareness and create visibility for wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement wellness events and campaigns.
Mobile Van Based Clinical Functions/Telemedicine
  • Prepare and manage the mobile van for clinical use.
  • Travel to scheduled locations for in-scope clinical service delivery.
  • Perform CLIA waived testing, draw labs, and prepare for pick-up or drop-off.
  • Input HPI information into the system.
  • Administer biometric testing and vaccines.
Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted RN license in the respective state.
  • Minimum of 3 or more years of clinical experience as an RN or LPN in a physician's office or hospital setting.
  • Experience in health education and wellness coaching preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability in providing superior client service.
  • Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors.
  • Proven administrative abilities with strong computer and software application skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
