As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, and transportation. * Providing companionship and emotional support to clients
* Assisting with light cooking and cleaning
* Bathing, grooming, and toileting
* Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
* Transportation for appointments and errands

Qualifications:

* Must have CNA License or CHHA Certificate with at least 2 years of experience
* Pass a criminal background check (national and any required by the state)
* CPR Certificate
* 1-hour HIV/AIDS or Bloodborne Pathogen certificate
* Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
* Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance
* Must possess excellent communication skills
